• Your balance is prepaid access to services, not cash.

Depending on what you do on DAZO, we may collect:

• Account info: email, basic profile details, and authentication data.
• Billing info: purchases, invoices, and payment status (payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store full card details).
• Usage data: which apps you run, job metadata, and logs needed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and refunds.
• Content you provide: inputs/uploads you submit to run an app, and the outputs generated for you.
• Support messages: anything you submit via our contact/support forms.
• Cookies: essential cookies needed for login and core functionality.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the platform (run apps, deliver outputs).
• Create and secure your account (authentication, fraud prevention).
• Process payments and handle refunds.
• Provide support and respond to requests.
• Improve reliability and performance (debugging, monitoring, abuse prevention).

We aim to keep retention short by default.

• Inputs and outputs: stored on our side for up to 30 days for registered accounts, and 24 hours for guest use, so you can access your results (including before/after comparisons), then deleted together.
• Per-app differences: some apps may delete data sooner, especially when files are larger or more sensitive. When an app has specific retention rules, it should disclose them.

If you want to keep results long-term, download them during the retention window.
