Terms of Service

• Pay for what you use from your prepaid balance (see the pricing page and each app for exact prices).
• Your balance is prepaid access to services, not cash.
• We refund failed runs automatically.
• Unused balance can be refunded within 30 days.
• Commercial use is allowed by default unless an app page says otherwise.
• We only share your data with service providers needed to run your apps.
• We keep retention short by default (inputs and outputs stored on our side for up to 30 days for registered accounts, 24 hours for guest use, then deleted together).
• Don’t abuse the platform or use it for illegal purposes.

• DAZO / we / us: DAZO and its operators.
• Platform: the DAZO website and services.
• User / you: anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Apps: tools available on the Platform.
• Balance / Credits: your prepaid usage balance. It is displayed in dollars across the Platform and tracked internally as credits ($1 = 100 credits).
• Content: files, text, images, or data you upload or generate using the Platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly.

You may use the Platform for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions.
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious content.
• Abuse the system (automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or similar).
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform.
• Use apps to generate harmful, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
• Circumvent usage pricing or payment systems.

Your balance is pay-as-you-go.

Your balance is prepaid access to DAZO services. It is not cash, not a stored-value account, and is not redeemable or transferable. Balances and prices are displayed in dollars across the Platform and tracked internally as credits ($1 = 100 credits).

• Minimum top-up: $5.
• Maximum single top-up: $1,000.
• Balance validity: your balance remains valid while your account is active.
• Inactivity expiration: your balance may expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity.
• 30-day guarantee: full refund on unused balance within 30 days of purchase.
• Failed generations: the cost of a failed app execution is automatically refunded.
• No refunds for successful app executions.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Your content: you retain ownership of what you upload.
• License to process: by uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service.
• Your outputs: you own the outputs you generate.
• Our platform: the Platform (including apps, design, and code) is our intellectual property.

• Data sharing: we only share your data with service providers needed to run your apps.
• Retention: inputs and outputs are stored together on our side for up to 30 days for registered accounts (24 hours for guest use) to support before/after comparisons and downloads, then deleted together.
• Third-party providers: some apps rely on third-party services (e.g., AI APIs). Providers may have their own retention policies, so we avoid claiming data is “never stored anywhere.”
• Commercial use: allowed by default. If an app has commercial-use limits or restrictions, we’ll label it on the app page.

• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using them.
• Some features may be labeled “beta” and may change or be removed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
• We are not liable for content you create using our tools or for decisions made based on outputs.
